Hi Everyone want to share few things with you all. With this health journey as Shweta tells everyday that weight loss is by product but your body is experiencing changes…And now I know its so true for me weight is not going very fast but inch loss is really happening. But few months back my one knee used hurt so much specially if I used walk more or exert more But with changes in my lifestyle my knee pain has gone now I am walking went on trip and whole day we were walking but here was no pain…I feel light inside out my body ,no stiffness ,no gastric or acidity problem even if I eat non healthy food…Feeling really good with all problems going away. Thanks to health Turtle

Today morning my weight was 82.3 kgs and it’s for the first time in around 15-20 yrs that my weight is below 83 . In around 2008 Before marriage, I lost 10 kgs with the help of Body Care a slimming center just like VLCC that time my wt. at the end of that program was around 83.5 kgs. And then it started gaining again and within a year I was back to pavilion Because that time I had not worked on my lifestyle.
I want to share that I lost 3 kgs this week. I feel so light and full of energy. And I am motivated enough to take it further by adopting this healthy lifestyle.
Thanks for your guidance Shweta! Thanks for introducing me to a healthy lifestyle. And moreover seeing other people’s plate pictures motivated me further. So, I thank all the members of the group for sharing the food pictures . Hoping for staying connected in the future.
My greatest accomplishment is my confidence and the improvement of my relationship with my son, Neil, since entering The Health Turtle Community. Actually, large targets are tiny but consistent steps away. At The Health Turtle Community, I heard this. The rigid structure of The Health Turtle Community was difficult to deal with for the first few weeks. My bad confidence was high enough to persuade me that from here on it wasn’t getting better. But now that I have developed perseverance, it’s difficult to think about life without this community.

Aur sabsi jyada khusi mujhe tab hui jab aaj Mai mummy ke paas gyi aur unhone khush hoke mujhe 50 rupees deye aur boli ki aisehi weight ghatao aur roz tumhe 50 rupees denge😂
Today I went to my hometown my mother and one of my friends gave compliment about so much change in me…and asked how I did it? Also saying that n looking few years younger now…very happy and motivated to hear all this…..keep doing this good work really a life changing program… thanks Shweta mam to start this program
Just wanted share my experience starting from 15th jan till date which is 47th day today. I had joined 1 To another Dietician which went up till 15 Dieticians change. I saw the add on Facebook where I really thought another thing somebody is again fooling us. But that 10 days of trial was an eye-opener for me I could see that change in me and thought not to give up. Thought to try back again I was always struggling with my weight, Between 85 and 90 once upon a time I was 120 kgs but then after when I reach 90 I thought I would never lose more ever. But it’s 47 days today I must thank the whole health Turtle team I feel so energetic, I look more attractive, my friends and family are complementing me saying I am a role model for them on being fit and it was not possible without Dr Shweta’s plans , Rupali introducing me to this and all the above my shark Reema. Gratitude to all of you . Reema Who has always motivated me that I will be able to do it even if in this 47 days I cheated 2 days and she said you did not cheat you did not follow say that a little word twist how you tell yourself or to somebody makes a huge difference from cheated to I did not follow thanks Reema . The vedios sent by dr shweta changed my life style where I had myths about not eating ghee n white . In 47 days I have lost 7 kges and 3 inches from each part .
