Program Description

While a lot of other programs focus on counting calories, we prefer something different i.e., understanding of different foods. The program is structured in a way that tells you about what you are eating is whether good, occasional, or bad for your health, and grows with you in different stages.

We give you a food booklet, and sheet that teaches you how to track and label different common foods that we eat on a daily basis and the best part of the program is that one of our coaches will call you to keep a check in with you until you are independent, and will empower and motivate you every single day so that working on yourself becomes second nature and a muscle memory for you. Moreover, the next best thing is, you will be doing this together with about 50-100 people so their journey and progress will also inspire you to stay on track.

Insulin is a fast-acting storage hormone, and high insulin levels cause us to gain weight. Refined foods and grains cause insulin overproduction. We’ll focus on keeping our insulin levels in check.

Our Second Brain

Our gut health is crucial to our overall health. Which begins with our mouth and ends with anus. It’s important to look at what we eat because it affects how our gut functions. It decides how our bodies and minds work as a whole so throughout the program we will work on improving our gut health.

CORTISOL

Stress Hormone

Cortisol levels are our stress levels and affect our overall body and other hormones including insulin levels and gut health. Even we are eating superfoods they can go to waste if our stress levels are high. This is so important and underrated. We will give you techniques and tools to manage your cortisol levels.

Our program’s main focus is on maintaining our insulin levels. People following our life style have experienced that their blood sugar comes down to normal. Many of them have weaned themselves off from insulin medicines when they have done it consistently.

Does taking insulin cause weight loss?

Insulin is a very important hormone.

It’s essential for us as it a key to opening of the cells. But it is also a fat storing hormone. If we produce excess of it, more than what is required for our cells, it starts getting stored as fat. So balance is the key. As soon as we give our body right kind of food which have less insulin spike, excess insulin, stored as fat will start releasing from our body and will result

Do you allow eating sweets while the program is running?

This is not a dieting program but we educate a hess as healthy lifestyle. Of course, we have to savor our sweet tooth occasionally. We teach you what are the alternatives of sugar which we can be used for making desserts. We also share easy home recipes how to make them.

Do you support Keto Diet?

We believe in healthy balanced meal plate which have all the macros, Carbohydrates, protein and fat. In Keto diet, usually carbs portion is restricted to 10 GMs.
But in our meal plate we don’t do that.

Is eating ghee healthy?

Ghee has been part of our diets Since ancient times. Since few years it has been demonized and we have replaced it with Vegetable refined oils.
This has resulted in more heart attacks, diabetes, obesity and even cancer.
Ghee eaten moderation is beneficial for our body. Also it’s a myth, that eating ghee will make us fat. Instead refined oils and refined grains cause more harm as said.

I want to lose weight but I don't know where to start from. Can you guide me?

Yes, our program is in stages.
We start from basics and slowly teach and hand hold you personally to reach your goal.

Yes, our program works on maintaining insulin levels. Through our diet we can help you maintain your blood sugar as we advocate foods which are low in Glycemic index.
